# Setup guide

BuilderPack works in two places: as a step in a HubSpot workflow, and as a tool on a Breeze agent. Installing once covers both.

## Before you start

> You need a HubSpot Professional or Enterprise plan. Agent Hub isn't available on Free or Starter portals.

## In a workflow

1. Install the pack into your HubSpot portal. It uses HubSpot OAuth only — there is no separate account to create and no API keys to paste.
2. Open any workflow, choose Add action, and pick BuilderPack from Connected apps.
3. Select an action and map its inputs. Each one accepts a literal value, a CRM property token, or the output of an earlier step.
4. Use the action's output tokens in any later step. Research-class actions complete asynchronously, so a long lookup never stalls the workflow.

## On a Breeze agent

1. Create or open a Breeze agent in Agent Builder.
2. On the Actions tab, add tools from BuilderPack. Every action in the catalog doubles as an agent tool.
3. Run the agent from the Agent Inbox or from chat. The editor's test mode simulates tools; real executions happen from the live surfaces.

## Input reference

Every action lists the exact fields it expects, including the allowed values for fixed-choice inputs. [Browse the catalog](https://builderpack.agent.ai/actions).

## Something not working?

[Contact support](https://builderpack.agent.ai/support) with your portal ID and the name of the action, and we can trace the run.
