# Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of the BuilderPack app for HubSpot.

## Acceptance

By installing or using BuilderPack in a HubSpot portal, you agree to these terms. If you are installing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept them for that organization.

## The service

BuilderPack is a set of actions that run inside HubSpot workflows and Breeze agents. It requires an active HubSpot portal on a plan that supports connected-app workflow actions, and it functions only while installed in that portal.

## Your responsibilities

You decide which actions run and which data they receive. You are responsible for having the right to process the data you pass into an action, for the content actions generate on your behalf, and for anything sent to recipients as a result — including messages sent by the Send Message action.

## Acceptable use

Do not use the actions to collect data you are not permitted to collect, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to generate unlawful or deceptive content, or to circumvent the terms of any third-party service an action depends on. We may suspend access to protect the service or to comply with a provider's requirements.

## Availability and change

Actions depend on external providers, and those providers change. We may modify, replace, or withdraw an action, and the service is provided without any guarantee of uptime. Material changes to the catalog will be reflected here and on the actions pages.

## Output

Actions return data retrieved from third parties and content produced by AI models. Neither is guaranteed to be accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Review output before relying on it, and especially before sending it to a customer.

## Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service.

## Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app from your portal. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the service or comply with law.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The date above reflects the latest revision.
