How to get help with BuilderPack actions in HubSpot workflows and Breeze agents.

Get in touch

Email support@agent.ai. Include your HubSpot portal ID, the name of the action, and roughly when it ran — that is enough to find the specific execution.

An action failed in a workflow

A failed action returns a message rather than halting the workflow, so later steps still run. Open the workflow's history, find the step, and read the response — most failures are a missing required input or a value in the wrong shape.

The exact fields each action expects, including allowed values, are listed on its page in the catalog.

An action is taking a long time

Research-class actions run asynchronously: the workflow step stays open while the lookup completes, then resumes. That is expected, and is what keeps a slow lookup from stalling the rest of the workflow.

I can't find the actions in HubSpot

In a workflow they appear under Add actionConnected apps. On an agent they appear on the Actions tab. If neither shows them, the pack is probably not installed in that portal — install it here.

Removing it

Uninstall BuilderPack from your portal's connected apps settings. Workflows that used its actions keep running, but those steps stop executing, so remove or replace them first.
